A T-Adapter allows you to attach your Sony or Minolta A-mount SLT or DSLR camera to the prime focus of your telescope or spotting scope. This arrangement is used for terrestrial photography and short exposure lunar and planetary photography. It can also be used for long exposure deep-sky photography when using a separate guidescope.

(1) Connect to your SLR/DSLR camera body as you would a camera lens
(2) Then the other end place in the eyepiece holder
(3) Use Manual mode with manual exposure. After lots of experimenting , you will master the art of correct camera settings for each target. The results you get will depend on the quality of telescope used, seeing conditions and editing software used
Note: The use of a barlow lens (not included) will double /triple the focal length, but also the f-ratio and exposure times
Also please note: Due to back focus issues with some Newtonian reflectors, you may have to use with a barlow lens (not included) to reach infinity focus
